It is composed of a team of community professionals who have institutional responsibility to respond and address the various needs of survivors of domestic violence. Each member of the team plays a key role in the overall community response to the crime of domestic violence.<\/p>\n<p>These mechanisms are formally established in 39 out of 61 municipalities in Albania.
